EoSens® CoaXPress12

The EoSens® Camera Link series delivers the highest image quality at high frame rates. The extremely robust Camera Link interface transfers 850 MB per second in full deca mode and allows unique programming direct access to the image sensor. The series offers advanced image processing features such as multiple ROIs in any shape, FPN correction and the generation of high contrast images with the Extended Dynamic Range function.

CoaXPress was developed to meet the increasing bandwidths of new sensor generations. Up to 6.25 GBit/s are transmitted per line. The EoSens® High-Speed cameras with CoaXPress-6 support up to 4 CoaXPress lanes in parallel. This makes the CoaXPress interface very suitable for transporting the large data volumes of a High-Speed camera with high resolution.

CoaXPress-12 is ideal for applications with highest data rates. Using four parallel lanes, data rates of up to 50 Gbit/s are possible. State-of-the-art High-Speed image sensors with high resolution and frame rate are thus read out at maximum speed in the EoSens® series. With the standardized CoaXPress-12 interface, the high-resolution Mikrotron EoSens® cameras deliver the highest frame rates with minimal jitter.

EoSens® Creation 10GigE

The EoSens® Creation 10GigE is an economical, programmable High-Speed camera with 10GigE interface. With its fast, economical interface, it can be used as a normal machine vision streaming camera. Its full potential, however, unfolds with the possibility of internal processing at 40 Gbit/s for customer-specific applications. Thus, only the relevant part of the data or the already pre-processed images can be output. It thus overcomes the still bandwidth or frame rate limiting interface and outputs preprocessed images or already finished results. The clear API with blocks separated in the FPGA for camera logic and customer application simplifies programming.

The camera has an optional fan and can be equipped with a development kit. This enables field-ready FPGA firmware programming via a JTAG interface.

The EoSens® Creation CoaXPress-12 is a programmable High-Speed camera with future-proof CoaXPress-12 interface. It can be used as a standard machine vision camera, but its full potential unfolds with the option of internal processing at 40 Gbit/s. This means that only the relevant part of the data or pre-processed images can be output. Thus, only the relevant part of the data or the already pre-processed images can be output. The powerful CoaXPress-12 interface allows very high frame rates even with large amounts of data. Reliable with up to 2500 fps and best image quality, the MotionBLITZ® QUAD1.1S performs its High-Speed tasks. Thanks to the built-in ring buffer, it can also be used without a connection to a notebook or PC and then record up to 4.96 seconds at full resolution and speed without a complicated test setup. The high light sensitivity of the MotionBLITZ® QUAD1.1S enables the camera to be used inside machines, especially under difficult lighting conditions. This makes it possible to visualize processes in industrial plants and machines that would otherwise remain in the dark.

Quad GigE

Minimal dimensions of only 63 x 63 x 64.5 mm make the MotionBLITZ® mini usable in very confined spaces. The internal memory allows the High-Speed camera to be operated even without a connection to a notebook or PC. Independent of complex test infrastructure, up to 6.5 seconds can be recorded at full resolution and speed.a

Mini GigE

The High-Speed cameras from the MotionBLITZ® Cube family have a wide performance range in terms of speed, resolution and light sensitivity. The integrated ring buffer allows the use of the MotionBLITZ® Cube without PC. Without complicated test setup, up to 13 seconds can thus be recorded at full resolution and speed, enabling efficient and reliable monitoring of the fastest processes with minimal effort.

The MotionBlitz LTR long-term recording systems enable continuous recording of the fastest processes in many application areas. At extremely high frame rates, the long-term recorders provide insights into processes that cannot be recorded with such consistency and detail with any other technology. The long-time recorders thus create ideal conditions for analyzing and optimizing fast-moving processes.

MotionBLITZ LTR

The MotionBLITZ Director2 Kit is a cost-effective High-Speed Recording System for analyzing and monitoring processes. Errors are quickly detected and can be eliminated. The easy integration into existing standard PC systems and the intuitive user interface of the software provides fast results without time-consuming training. The complete system includes a High-Speed CMOS camera, frame grabber, as well as cables and power plugs. Thus, it is immediately ready for use after commissioning.

MotionBLITZ Director2 Kit

The MotionBLITZ CVR High-Speed Recording System is a complete system ideally suited for analyzing the fastest and most complex sequences in industrial processes. It consists of a High-Speed camera, a powerful recorder (including all cables), and the user-friendly MotionBLITZ Director2 software with an extensive feature set.
