SHORT WAVE INFRARED CAMERAS (SWIR)

Affordable SWIR camera: The Bobcat/Bobcat+ cameras are based on an in-house developed, uncooled InGaAs detector with 320 x 256 pixels and 20 µm pixel pitch (Bobcat 320/Bobcat 320 TE0 and WL/Bobcat+ 320/Bobcat Gated series) or 640 x 512 pixels and 20 µm pixel pitch (Bobcat 640 series). Bobcat/Bobcat+ series come with a GigE or CameraLinkTM interfaces with low weight and power. Bobcat/Bobcat+ cameras are suitable for laser beam analysis and investigation of defects inside silicon semiconductor material.

The Cheetah series is based on an in-house developed, temperature stabilized InGaAs detector with a 640 x 512 pixel resolution. The Cheetah 640 camera with single-stage TE-cooled detector offers high frame rates of either 400 Hz, 800 Hz or 1700 Hz while the version with three-stage TE-cooled detector offers a frame rate of up to 110 Hz. A visible short-wave infrared (vSWIR) option is available for extension into the visible wavelength band.

The Aion is a powerful SWIR camera core with sensitive detection at shortwave infrared range. The high performance sensor and low noise feature offers best solution for OEMs and integrators for their demanding applications

The Manx cameras are based on a brand new, in-house developed InGaAs linear detector with 512, 1024 and 2048 resolution. The cameras are high-performance short-wave infrared (SWIR) cameras providing high speed and quality line-scan imaging. At unprecedented line rates of up to 256 kHz (or 128 kHz), the Manx cameras stand as the fastest line-scan InGaAs cameras available in the world.

High resolution SWIR camera: The Wildcat/Wildcat+ series is based on a state-of-the art uncooled InGaAs detector with 640 x 512 pixels and 20 μm pixel pitch (Wildcat 640/Wildcat+ 640/Wildcat+ TE0 and WL series) or 1280 x 1024 pixels and 5 μm pixel pitch (Wildcat+ 1280 series). Wildcat/Wildcat+ cameras come with a CameraLink or USB3 Vision interfaces with low weight and power. Wildcat/Wildcat+ cameras are suitable for semiconductor inspection, display inspection and laser beam analysis.

The XSW modules are area-scan short-wave Infrared (SWIR) cooled modules with 320 x 256 resolution (XSW 320/XSW Gated) or 640 x 512 resolution (XSW 640) and 20 µm pixel pitch. The modules come with CameraLink or GigE Vision or QTE Samtec interfacing options and feature low weight and power.

The XSL line-scan modules are based on an in-house developed linear detector, offer affordable short-wave infrared (SWIR) line-scan images. XSL SQ series is a small, line-scan SWIR module with square pixels. XSL R series is a small line-scan module with rectangular pixels.

The Lynx cameras are based on an in-house developed linear InGaAs detector, offer affordable short-wave infrared (SWIR) line-scan images. Lynx SQ series is a small, uncooled SWIR line-scan camera with square pixels. Lynx R series is a line-scan SWIR camera with rectangular pixels.

SWIR InGaAs Sensors imaging detectors are based on InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) photodiode arrays. These SWIR detectors are used in Xenics SWIR camera products but can also be offered as such to customers who require a detector-based solution. In addition to standard products, customized solutions are also offered.

Ultra-compact thermal camera: MicroCube, the smallest ITAR-free VGA uncooled LWIR camera core.  With remarkably small size and low consumption, it definitely sets a new standard in European offering of 12 µm pixel thermal cameras for SWaP optimized applications.

Ultra-sensitive thermal core: The SmartIR series are true SWaP intelligent thermal imaging camera core. Being the most compact and lightest in their class, their generic design fits the expectation of OEMs and thermal camera integrators to be directly integrated for their applications.

High resolution thermal core: Crius series enables the enhancement of electro optical-systems performances: major benefit is DRI (Detection Recognition Identification), a key factor for long range observation platforms in Search and Rescue or surveillance of sensitive areas for plants, border.

High resolution thermal camera: The Ceres series consists of long-wave infrared (LWIR) uncooled cameras based on a state-of-the-art microbolometer detector with a pixel pitch of 12 µm and has a NETD less than 50 mK (< 40 mK, available upon request). The Ceres GigE Vision cameras come with a standard PTP (Precision Time Protocol), ensuring synchronized operation in a multi-camera system.

Compact thermal camera: The Dione series consists of SWaP (Size, Weight and Power) optimized cores that exhibit extremely small form factor and low weight. The cores come in four image resolution versions: 320 x 240 (QVGA), 640 x 480 (VGA), 1024 x 768 (XGA) and 1280 x 1024 (SXGA). All versions are based on a state-of-the-art microbolometer detectors with 12 µm pixel pitch and has NETD less than 50 mK (< 40 mK, available upon request).

High performance thermal camera: The Gobi+ cameras are based on an uncooled microbolometer detector with a 640 x 480 pixel resolution. The Gobi+ offers frame rates up to 60 Hz and lower detector NETD options (<30 mK available upon request). The camera is designed for use in scientific & advanced research, medical and process monitoring applications.

The Xtm+ Modular thermal modules are based on an uncooled microbolometer detector with a 640 x 480 pixel resolution. The XTM+ offers frame rates up to 60 Hz and lower detector NETD options (<30 mK available upon request). The camera is designed for use in safety & security and transportation applications.
